This Disclaimer applies to all content published on www.rkrealestatespj.com (the "Site") by RK Real Estate. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept the points below.
Content on this Site — including our Property Guide and Knowledge Center articles on registry, mutation, stamp duty and home loans — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. Please consult a qualified lawyer, chartered accountant or financial advisor before making any property purchase or investment decision.
We take care to verify plot details — location, size, title status — before listing. However, land records, boundaries and government rates (circle rates, stamp duty) can change over time. We recommend independently verifying all details with the relevant local authority (registry office, municipal corporation) before finalizing any purchase.
Some images used on this Site — particularly in the "Browse by Location" section — are representative/illustrative photographs and may not depict the actual plot or exact location. Actual plot photos are shared during your site visit. We are working to replace these with authentic on-site photography; if you require exact visuals of a specific plot, please request them directly via WhatsApp.
We strongly recommend a physical site visit before making any payment or commitment. Photos, descriptions and maps on the Site are aids to shortlist plots — they are not a substitute for seeing the land, its access road, surroundings and boundaries in person.
Prices shared by us on call, WhatsApp or in person are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, negotiation and final documentation. No price is binding until confirmed in a signed agreement between the buyer and seller.
The Site may contain links to external services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
RK Real Estate shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this Site. All property transactions should be finalized only after independent verification and, where appropriate, professional legal advice.
